    Another from the PB Summit, this one courtesy of Sue Falsone. I love this for the work to the mid traps and the fringe benefit of some lower abdominal activation. When performing this movement, keep the thighs on the floor but the stomach off the floor. I have people do 10 reps with a brief hold at each end position.     I can't recall whether it was Brett Jones or Charlie Weingroff that I picked this one up from; both are very smart and talented trainers and I believe both are fans of this exercise. I've used this sporadically over the past couple of years but am starting to use it more often. The goal is to encourage breathing through the belly as a way to improve both oxygen intake as well as improving thoracic spine mobility (chest breathing can lead to trouble with the diaphragm). I particularly like this exercise because I think there is an additional core stability benefit. Try it for a minute or two to start each workout, with a focus on breathing as deeply as possible.
